Basic Home Care Plan:
The Basic Plan covers minor home maintenance once a year. This includes small drywall repairs, caulking touch-ups, tightening loose hardware, grout inspection, and light bulb replacement (bulb provided by customer).
If the service requires materials, plumbing, electrical work, or exceeds minor labor, it is not covered by this plan.
Advance Home Care Plan:
The Advanced Plan includes all Basic services plus yearly A/C duct cleaning (performed by a licensed technician), plumbing maintenance, and light electrical maintenance. This plan covers one yearly visit for plumbing checks, tightening small leaks, replacing washers (customer provides parts), inspecting outlets/switches, and replacing standard switches/outlets.
It does not cover major plumbing or electrical repairs, mold treatment, HVAC mechanical repairs, or any service requiring materials.
_If you have performed a cleaning of the A / C duct system and are paying the warranty, it covers another cleaning per year.
_If you have completed a lamp installation and are paying the warranty, it covers revision or equipment failure once a year but it does not cover if the lamp needs to be replaced.
Premium Home Protection Plan:
The Premium Home protection Plan covers one yearly service for repairs related to work previously completed by Handy Services by E&G Inc.
If a repair exceeds $50 in labor or requires new materials, it is not covered under this warranty.
Included Coverage (Once Per Year):
A/C Duct Cleaning:
If you previously had an A/C duct cleaning performed and are enrolled in the warranty, it includes one additional duct cleaning per year.
Lamp Installation:
If we installed lighting fixtures, the warranty covers a yearly check or adjustment if the fixture is not working properly.
This does not include replacing the lamp or installing new fixtures.
Plumbing Installation:
If we completed a plumbing installation, the warranty covers inspection and repair of minor leaks once per year.
It does not cover replacing plumbing equipment or installing new components.
Tile Installation:
If you had tile work done, the warranty covers repair of one or two loose or cracked tiles once per year.
It does not cover replacing the entire tiled area.
Interior or Exterior Paint Work:
If we performed painting work, the warranty covers repair of small scratches or cracks in the paint once per year.
It does not cover repainting large sections or the entire area.
Camera Installation:
If we installed a camera system, the warranty covers repositioning or checking the camera to ensure it works correctly once per year.
It does not include installing new cameras or replacing faulty equipment.
Not Covered:
New installations of any kind
Replacement of damaged or expired equipment
Repairs requiring materials
Services exceeding the once-yearly limit
Mold remediation, large-scale repairs, or unrelated damage
